Exchange Policy

Introduction

At Hidose, we aim to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a smooth and hassle-free exchange process. This Exchange Policy outlines the terms under which exchanges are accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • You received a different product than what you ordered.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange:

  • Products without an unboxing video.
  • Used, washed, or tampered items.
  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance offers.
Steps to Request an Exchange

Please follow the steps below to request an exchange:

  • Record a clear **unboxing video** from the moment the package is opened.
  • Take pictures of the damaged/wrong item received.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours:

  • Share your Order ID, issue description, and proof (video + images).
  • Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or share return instructions.
  • After receiving the product, we dispatch your replacement within 2–4 working days.
Exchange Processing Time
  • Pickup or self-return confirmation: 2–4 business days.
  • Quality check after we receive the product: 24–48 hours.
  • Dispatch of replacement product: 2–4 business days.
Important Notes
  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a suitable alternative.
  • Exchange is applicable only once per order.
  • Exchange is not applicable for minor color variations due to lighting/camera differences.
