returns, cancellations, or replacements can be requested.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or leaked product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Product not matching the description
Note: Unboxing video is required for damaged or leaked product claims.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days
- Refund mode: Original payment method or bank transfer
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3–5 working days.
