At Hidose, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, cancellations, or replacements can be requested.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

• Wrong product received
• Damaged or leaked product delivered
• Expired product delivered
• Product not matching the description

Note: Unboxing video is required for damaged or leaked product claims.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Free gifts or promotional items

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days
• Refund mode: Original payment method or bank transfer
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3–5 working days.
