Conditions:

• If returning due to color fading, jeans must have been washed only once.
• Product should be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to defects.

Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Exceptions: Products purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible unless defective.

8. Warranty & Quality Assurance

Hidose jeans come with a one-month warranty covering stitching and color fading due to manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, or washing damage are not covered.

All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content belong to Hidose. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hidose is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
